The Choice of Forms of Business Income Tax

The bachelor’s thesis deals with selecting of appropriate legal form of business in the economic environment of the Czech Republic from the sight of income tax. Three types of business corporations and natural persons’ business form are chosen for the comparison. Based on input data, the amount of income tax of these forms of business is determined. The results are evaluated, and the most advantageous option is recommended.

This Bachelor´s thesis describes the process of disestablishment and termination of trading companies. The thesis is targeted on a companies liquidation. The goal of this thesis is to describe the liquidation procedure and to point out the mentioned problems that could occur during liquidation. The practical part of this thesis contains activities of liquidator in the non-stock company. Focus of the Bachelor´s thesis is to understand these problems.

It is aimed to theoretically characterize and classify particular trading companies; to compare their advantages as well as disadvantages; and last but not least to choose the most suitable kind of a trading company based on the theoretical and practical parts of the thesis. The thesis is divided into three basic parts i.e. theoretical, analytical, and practical.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of selecting a suitable information system to simplify customer relationship management and support project management of a small company. After an initial recapitulation of the basic concepts and methods used, it focuses on the actual analysis of the current state of the company. Based on the analysis, the individual requirements for the information system are then defined. The aim is to select and implement an information system for the company that meets the defined requirements and provides managers with an easier path to new business opportunities, administration, project management and customer relationship management.

The last part of the work describes the proposals for a more effective solution in the financial management process.

Based on the findings in the previous parts, the business plan itself is prepared. At the end of the thesis are estimated the overall outcomes and feasibility of the business plan.

Work aims to analyze the possibility of termination of corporate insolvency, to pay attention to the possible potential pitfalls. Analytical section examines the progress of liquidation of a company from the perspective of a liquidator. The goal is a seamless implementation of the liquidation of the greatest benefits for shareholders.
